By Using This Website, I agree that:

     1. I have read the FAQ section and know what types of files that I can and cannot upload.

     2. I am solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of my access information, i.e. my account Username and Password , I am responsible for all activities that occur under my account.

     3. I will immediately notify B&F if I notice any activity indicating that my account or data is being used without authorization, including: (a) I Have received confirmation of an order or orders placed using my account which I did not place or any other similar conflicting report; or (b) I become aware of any unauthorized use of any product or service related to my account(s).

     4. It is my sole responsibility and liability for the files I store on B&F's servers. I understand that I can control my data through the generated link that is given to me. B&F encourages that I archive my data regularly and frequently; I bear full responsibility for archiving my data and I am solely liable for any lost or irrecoverable data. I also agree to maintain my data in compliance with its legal obligations. B&F will delete Customer data if any of the terms in this agreement are broken.

     5. I am using B&F at my own risk. I know that B&F and its suppliers make no warranties about the accuracy, reliability, completeness, or timeliness of our Services, software, or content. I know that B&F makes no Warranties that their software will meet my requirements or that they will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.

     6. I will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless B&F, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees and agents, from and against any claims, actions or demands, including without limitation reasonable legal fees, alleging or resulting from my use of the Service, or my breach of this Agreement or other B&F policies.

     7. Without limiting other remedies, B&F may immediately issue a warning, suspend (i.e., lock out access and operation of Services for me) either temporarily or indefinitely, or terminate my account and refuse to provide Services to me if: (a) B&F believes that I have violated or acted inconsistently with this Agreement, or any B&F policies; or (b) I have failed to pay fees or other payments due to B&F; or (c) B&F is unable to verify or authenticate any information that I provide to B&F; or (d) B&F believes that my actions may cause legal liability for me, B&F's other clients, or B&F.

     8. B&F may also in its sole discretion and at any time discontinue providing its Service, or any part thereof, with or without notice. I agree that any termination of my access to the Service under any provision of these terms and conditions may be effected without prior notice, and I acknowledge and agree that B&F may immediately deactivate, archive or delete my account and all related information and data and/or any further access to such data or the Service. Further, I agree that B&F shall not be liable to me or any third-party for any termination of my access to the Service.

     9. B&F uses advanced technology to monitor user accounts, especially users who are B&F affiliates; all users understand that points, referral points, and bonus points are all subject to review and audit. I understand that LAB Inc. does not serve users and/or affiliates from all jurisdictions. I also understand that I am limited to one points redemption per thirty-day period.

     10. B&F uses cookies to Login premium users. I understand that I need to have cookies enabled in order to use B&F's Premium Services. I also understand that premium accounts may or may not have daily limits.
